from the earth,

we came

strolling through the Garden

we sang,

in step with her chant.

my God?

into your eyes I beheld,

icon did not fall far

from the tree,

your kiss' memory

sufficient to vanquish

any hiss,

no need to clothe the seeing.

heaven's prayer,

all might know this touch,

this Spring of all life

and Earth's incarnation

stroll.
