Thank you

‘thank you’ trg,9/29/2018
guitars, coffee houses,
quiet playing, and 
what’s called, spoken word,
mostly free verse poetry. 
early gifted motherhood,
day in, day out for others,
a life like music, 
and poetry, and painting,
rarely a personal recline. 
hearts knowing extreme sorrow,
hearts full of shared joy,
one allowing the other,
smiles are felt,
even when others miss them,
like prayer,
I don’t waste time trying explain this gift, 
I merely say thank you.
